Responsibilities:
A.Presales support
a.Presales testing support, holding workshops with customer or partner on technical issues.
b.Bidding support on technical and engineering related part.
c.Follow up issues that may arise during testing/workshop/bidding activities.
B.Engineering support
a.Supervising project engineering process, including hardware and software supervision, acceptance test.
b.Onsite support for site survey, installation, commissioning and integration.
c.Interface with engineering partner to locate technical problems that may arise during the engineering process.
C.Maintenance support.
a.Responsible for SLM and TLM technical support service to customer or partner independently or jointly with a technical support team.
b. On site support in case of major or critical problems that can’t be solved by customer or local subcontractor according to SLA.
c.Responsible for handling technical cases on ticket system and keep tracking these problems during the whole resolving process according to the SLA.
D.Rollout Management
a.Ensuring the rollout team & subcontractors have the required materials when needed
b.Conduct training of site survey and design for local subcontractor before they carry out site survey
c.Prepare site implementation schedule and monitor the rollout progress.
d.Delivering number of sites as per individual targets and site lead times
e.Following all site design and construction guidelines and procedures
f.The successful completion of Technical Site Surveys
g.Ensuring the accurate reporting of all milestones
h.Ensuring the subcontractors deliver as per agreed targets and accepting work
i.Solving issues and working with other team members as needed

Requirements:
A.In-depth, current, technical knowledge of: 3GPP, Routing, CCS7, Voice over IP, Broadband, Unix, Sql data base.
B.Proven ability to diagnose and localise issues using logical analysis techniques.
C.Ability to understand the commercial environment whilst focusing on technical issues.
D.Ability to work across cultural and organisational boundaries, and operate successfully in an intense business environment.
E.Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organisations, and third party vendors.
F.Ability to work as part of a team.
G.Ability to perform job functions to standards under pressure of tense/confrontational situations.
H.Ability to remain calm and courteous with demanding/difficult customers and/or situations.
I.Ability to provide concise and clear, written and verbal reports.
J.Ability to work independently.
K.Fluent communication in English.
L.With experience working on Radio Access Network (include GSM, UMTS and LTE) will be priority.
M.Proven ability to interact with diverse customers in a multi-cultural environment.
N.Proven ability to cooperate with colleague in a multi-cultural environment.
O.Proven ability to communicate in English with customers and colleagues to their understanding.
P.Proven ability to provide legible communication with customer and colleagues.
Q.Diploma degree or above in a relevant technical discipline.
R.Basic literacy and numeric skills
S.Computer literate
