Senior Tech Support Specialist

Chisinau branch of an American software company is looking to recruit a software Technical Support Specialist. This job will involve intense communication with end users, good software system understanding for troubleshooting/ issues investigation, interactions with development and QA team to resolve the issues, management of the support process (logging and analysis of trouble tickets, process improvements, etc). The job calls for responsibility, personal output, resiliency and long-term commitment.

Requirements:
- Excellent English language and communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of PC / Windows OS family
- Good understanding of Windows Server and related network infrastructure
- Good understanding of distributed network systems and Network protocols
- Understanding of RDBMS> MS SQL Server and Web applications> MS IIS
- Team player

Advantages:
- Experience in System Administration (Windows domain administration, network engineering)
- Experience in Software Design / Software Development / QA
- Knowledge of MS SharePoint
- Bachelor / Master degree, Mathematical of Financial background

Readiness for occasional business trips abroad.
