European Management Solutions is a full service independent recruitment firm specialized in the donor funded sector. We aim at providing customized human resource services for international donors, consultancy companies as well as NGO’s with operations in developing countries.

We currently employ over a dozen people in our Moldovan office. To strengthen our activities further, we are looking for Senior Recruiters.

The selected candidate(s) will be based in our office in Chisinau and should be available full time (40 hours per week, standard working hours). No travel is foreseen as part of this job.

Main responsibilities include:
 Developing relationships with clients
 Helping to develop and position new recruitment products
 Guiding recruiters and junior recruiters in their work
 In case of high value recruitments get involved to actively manage the process

General qualifications required:
 University degree
 At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience (in international development and/or HR)
 Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written!) is a must
 Good computer literacy
 Knowledge of French, Spanish or Portuguese would be an advantage
