Senior Product Analyst (Contract)

EBS Integrator is supporting one of our trusted partners, Insight Forge Lab, in hiring a Senior Product Analyst for a 12 months contract engagement.

Insight Forge Lab is a boutique data analytics and data science consultancy working with international, product-led B2C companies. Their mission is to help teams make better product decisions through data — across web and mobile platforms.

This role blends hands-on product analytics, strong SQL work, and close collaboration with Product Managers, ensuring product decisions are driven by clear, reliable insights. You’ll work on a high-traffic mobile app for a leading global Online Travel Agency (OTA).

Responsibilities:

Support Product Managers across the full analytics lifecycle, from discovery to post-release evaluation
Own a significant part of ongoing product analytics work within the Mobile (Apps) Product Team
Analyse core OTA conversion funnels and key user journeys
Analyse social and engagement features (Chat, Social Events, Profile Completion, etc.)
Clarify and refine analysis requests coming from Product Managers (Jira-based)
Assess data availability, feasibility, and tracking coverage before starting analysis
Analyse historical user behaviour to support feature prioritisation
Evaluate newly released features and recommend next steps based on data
Identify relevant data sources, tables, and event tracking schemas
Write clear, well-structured SQL queries to extract and transform data
Validate data accuracy, remove duplicates, and perform sanity checks
Build dashboards aligned with analysis goals and best visualisation practices
Ensure dashboards are clear, reusable, and easy for Product Managers to interpret
Prepare concise insight reports combining narrative and charts
Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Present and discuss insights with Product Managers and stakeholders
Write tracking specifications for new features based on product requirements and UI/UX designs (Figma)
Define events, properties, and expected behaviours clearly and consistently
QA tracking implementations in production across iOS and Android
Support A/B testing initiatives.

What we are looking for:



2+ years of experience in Product Analytics or Data Analysis
Strong, hands-on SQL experience used for real-world analytical work
Experience working with Product Managers or Product Teams
Solid understanding of:
- Conversion funnel analysis
- Cohort analysis
- Root-cause analysis
- KPI and business driver analysis
Experience building dashboards in Tableau or similar BI tools
Familiarity with A/B testing concepts (hands-on experience is a plus)
Experience working with event-based or mobile analytics data is a strong advantage
Comfortable working with large datasets in B2C, high-volume environments
Ability to understand product context, not just numbers
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of analytical work
Curious mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve
Fluent English (written and spoken)
