Senior PL/SQL developer

We are looking for a Senior PL/SQL developer, to play a key role in developing software products.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Interact with and advise the project clients to determine optimal solutions and gather, understand and document business requirements.
- Design and create technical DB specifications.
- Code, implement and test database objects (SP's, views, triggers, functions etc…).
- Provide support for other existing Oracle applications.
- Provide performance tuning and help development staff with install, configure and maintenance oracle environment.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Develops complex data retrieval queries for all levels of complexity and optimizes data queries within programs for performance and maintainability.
- Designs and normalizes low to medium complexity logical entity models and converts logical models to physical databases for low to medium complexity databases.
- Experience writing SQL /PL_SQL scripts.
- Five or more years' experience as an Oracle DB Developer
- Experience working with multiple logical entity modeling techniques (e.g., ERD, object modeling)
- Knowledge development lifecycle.
- Proven Oracle experience with PL/SQL language skills.
- Application development experience (desktop and web applications) using C#.Net and or Java environment.
- A good understanding of OO concepts.
- Able to work independently, as well as within a team and customer service focused.
- Able to work under pressure, good communicator, organized and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to convey a strong presence, professional image, and deal confidently with complex technical problems.
- Willingness to travel.
- Good Russian and English.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Desired:
- Oracle Certified Professional or Associate in development with the Oracle RDBMS
- Participates in providing gap analyses, from a technical perspective, highlighting current states, future states, client needs, best practices and competition (Business).
- Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues (Relationship Management).
- Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel (Leadership).
