Overview of your role inside the team:

As a Senior .NET Software Engineer in our team, your mission includes auditing, implementing and maintaining activities for an important e-commerce application – a complex payment application dedicated to well-known financial actors. You will work in direct collaboration with our partner – a international leader in payment solutions, with vivid presence in more than 30 countries among which Germany, France, Switzerland, Austria, Netherlands, etc.

In this context, you will be in charge with the followings:
- to ensure that business requirements are being met through the delivery of a result that respects the agreed quality, delay and budget;
- to ensure platform continuity through monitoring, support and optimization together with your colleagues and other teams;
- to provide regular releases during the development phase;
- to drive innovation by adding and debating new ideas for the products and processes involved;
- to point out issues and advocate solutions while still presenting both their advantages and limits;
- to define your position as an expert and to act as a mentor and coach towards other team members when needed;
- to ensure that technical specifications and reports are being written.
Cerinte:
In order to be considered for this position, you must have:
- Strong experience with .NET 3.5 from previous online applications (ASP .NET, VB.NET/ C#, MVC, etc.) – at least 5 years;
- Previous involvement in several complex applications; having a “server/services” application development role;
- Good development knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL;
- Very good knowledge of Windows environment (server and client);
- Web development basics (HTML/XHTML, JavaScript, CSS, HTTP, XML);
- Good understanding of the Financial/Banking sector is a strong plus;
- Knowledge of Load test tools (HP LoadRunner);
- Good knowledge in French and/or English is a must;
- Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
