JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide operational support for the Lotus Domino applications
• Undertake support, maintenance and diagnostics of Lotus Notes issues
• Undertake building, upgrade and maintenance of Notes servers including cluster environments
• Management and support of Notes database applications
• Undertake impact analysis of new Lotus Notes application databases
• IT - System Administration, IT – administration HW/SW
• Responsible for leading the technical resolution through knowledge in Platform - Design and Development.


TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Lotus Notes/Domino R4.x and R6.x operational support within an Enterprise environment
• Knowledge of Lotus Domino server & Lotus Notes client.
• Knowledge of Sametime 3.0 and Quickplace is an advantage.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Wonderful Customer and service orientation is required.
• Comprehensive understanding of TCP/IP networking, SMTP, mail gateways, DMZ, DNS, antivirus, anti-spam and firewall rule sets (security best practices)


OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum advanced level of written and spoken English
• Knowledge of French / Italian could be an advantage
• Customer and service orientation, ability to operate well in an international and multicultural environment
• Analytical skills
• Communicative and able to work in a team
• Technical University degree
• IT certificates
• Able to work in a multi cultural environment
• Reliable, flexible & motivated person
