Senior Java Developer
Lohika provides premium software development solutions to top technology companies as well as to others seeking breakthrough innovation. Headquartered in San Bruno, California, in the heart of Silicon Valley. In the Ukraine we have offices in Kyiv, Odessa and Lviv. Company has more than 400 engineers employed. We have experience of service delivery for customers such as eBay, Skype, Marktplaats, CISCO/Ironport, Macrovision and Hewlett-Packard.
Since the business is expands we are looking for experienced Senior Java Developer.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Develop new code base
• Develop functional prototypes to demonstrate concepts
Education, skills and experience. Must have:
• Java commercial development experience (OOP, OO Design Patterns)
• Knowledge of java code standard guidelines
• Strong communication skills
• At least intermediate English (written and spoken)
Experience in the following areas is a plus:
• Experince building Heavy Load systems.
• Practical experience with MVC Frameworks
• ORM concepts, Hibernate, JPA, Annotations/XML
• RESTful web-services
• Oauth, CAS, Single-Sign-On, hashing, encryption, MD5 and similar, XSS, Spring Security, JEE Security
• RIA
• Experience with Search Engines: Lucene, Solr, Comass, Sphinx, Indexing/Tokenization, Indexes, Ranking
• Advanced Design patterns
• Design of Unit Testing approach
