Our client, a multinational company, one of the leaders in food industry looks for a talented, communicative and energetic person for the position of Senior/ Brand Manager Moldova, based on Kishinev, Moldova.
Ideal candidate:
• University degree in Economics/Business
• Strong functional knowledge and skills in: brand management, strategic and operational marketing planning, marketing research, forecasting, budget management, pricing, trade marketing, business development
• Strong financial knowledge and skills in: P&L analysis & modeling, budgeting
• Managerial skills: Intelligence, creativity, analytical skills, team player, good communication skills
• 2 + years of marketing experience in FMCG company at Group Brand Manager (or equivalent) position in multinational company or Marketing Manager/Director in leading local consumer marketing company.
• 2+ years people management experience
• Fluent English
Responsibilities:
• Strategy & Planning: lead annual marketing planning process
• Organizational Development: install key marketing systems and processes within the local marketing organization; train and develop local junior marketing personnel.
• Consumer Understanding: lead consumer and marketing understanding process
• Project Management: lead and manage development of key business projects
• Agency Management: manage work and relations with local creative, media, research and BTL agencies;
• Media: lead development and execution of annual brand media plans based on the agreed country media strategies
• A&C budget management
• Deliver sales and share analysis
