Roles & Responsibilities:
# To lead project teams for Moldovan and international clients
# To report on audit engagements
# To develop junior staff by providing on the job training and appropriate performance feedback
# To develop and maintain strong professional relationships with client management
# To be aware of market opportunities and identify potential areas for additional work.
Requirements:
# 3-4 years audit and assurance services experience working for medium to large clients
# Solid experience in IFRS and Moldovan accounting standards as well as strong technical expertise
# To be driven, ambitious, friendly, confident, attentive
# Strong interpersonal skills
# To be a good team leader and team member
# To value challenge in a demanding environment
# To be keen on growth and development
