Senior ART director

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an advertising agency (more than 5 years on Moldovan market), is seeking candidates for the following open position:

SENIOR ART DIRECTOR

Position Summary:

Functioning as a team with a Senior Copywriter, the Senior Art Director is responsible for developing creative concepts for presentations and executions for print and TV advertising. The Senior Art Director is also responsible for supervising shoots and sessions to complete commercials and print ads.

Key Accountabilities:

* Develops visual concepts and executions for assigned brands
* Participates in and contributes to new business pitches
* Presents layouts and storyboards to Creative Director for approval
* Works with other Agency departments as necessary
* Researches and recommends directors, production companies, models and locations for shoots
* Supervises shoots and sessions
* Meets with clients to establish creative direction and obtains approvals from clients
* Keeps abreast of trends, talent, competitive advertising and target mindset


Education and Experience Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
* Five to seven years related experience required
* Extensive, proven experience using Creative computer software and hardware

Remuneration: Good salary level
