Responsibilities for Senior accountant:
• Book Import of goods and related taxes, based on customs declarations; Provide related information to reporting.
• Proceed with payments to local and foreign suppliers; Prepare monthly report for payments done; Collaborate closely with banks.
• Take care of Intercompany process: issue AR Invoices and provide GL coding for AP Invoices;
Calculate annual charges and True-ups.
• Check Expense reports, calculate per diems, book accruals.
• Write off for materials.
• Check sales register.
• Participate in Month End Closing, check the correctness of bookings and accounts for assigned processes.
• Perform quarterly Balance Sheet reconciliations for assigned accounts.
• Participate in Audit process and contribute with providing requested information.
• Provide assistance and support on the request of the manager.
Requirements to candidate:
• University degree in Economics (preferably Accounting).
• Previous experience in Accounting -min.3 years.
• Advanced computer skills – working with MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Knowledge of English (upper intermediate).
• Attention to detail, logical approach, accurate worker.
• Ability to work with deadlines, good time management skills.
• Problem solver capable of using own initiative, but nevertheless being a team player.
