I.C.S. Petrom-Moldova S.A. is looking for a full time position of Secretary (Responsible for office).
Main responsibilities:
Secretary related:
• Internal documents registration;
• Organization of meeting attendees and guests of the Company;
• Preparation of meetings (books meeting rooms, informs participants about the time and place);
• Operates the incoming calls and provides proper connections;
• Receives the incoming correspondence & keeps folder to outgoing correspondence, sending letters;
• Provides timely and accurate information flow between the clients and Petrom-Moldova;
• Etc.
Office management related:
• Ordering different products for the headquarter, used daily by employers;
• Assure all necessary items for meeting rooms;.
• Order for Office supplies, purchase and distribution;
• Responsible for material goods company;
• Coordinate and supervise the work of the Pool Car driver;
• Monitoring maintenance of central office (cleaning and repair);
• Etc.
The ideal candidate should have the following profile:
• educational requirements: University degree;
• work experience in the secretarial and office management field: 1-2 years;
• languages: Romanian, Russian, English (mandatory);
• computer literate;
• ability to respect the deadline set;
• excellent verbal and written presentation and communication skills.
