Sales & marketing director

The recruiting company "JOBMATCH" on behalf of his client is looking for candidates for the position of SALES & MARKETING DIRECTOR to join the biggest International Hospital located in Chisinau, Moldova

Position Summary:
Ensure all marketing and sales processes are implemented and approval processes are followed in line with company’s standards, promote the brand strategy

Main Responsibilities:
* To develop the promotion strategy of services;
* To create strategies for product development, pricing and promotions;
* To participate in developing the corporate brand strategy;
* To organize, lead, guide and follow up the sales and marketing teams’ activities;
* To analyze/report competitive environment and prices on the market;
* Actively work with strategic and regional partners both in B2B and B2C area.

Job Requirements:
* University degree in the field of Medicine or/and Economics;
* Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian;
* Successful sales and marketing experience from 3 years;
* Experience linked to medical area or health insurance is a very strong advantage;
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other computer applications;
* Strong written and verbal communication skills;
* Have driving licenses B category;
* Availability for business trips.
