Local company representing an international agency which provides linguistic services to worldwide companies is looking for a Sales Manager
The company offers:
- Official employment
- Work schedule: 5 days a week, from 09:00 to 18:00, 1 shift work
- Laptop
Main requirements:
Obligatory:
- Strong phone and communication skills mandatory
- Sales forecasting and customer service skills
- Excellent command of English, and PC
It’s considered to be an advantage:
- Second foreign language
Key responsibilities:
- Sourcing prospective clients
- Generate and develop non-customer accounts in order to increase revenue, through cold calling
- Create a new Sales Team recruiting Sales people, training, motivating and maintaining them
- Collaborate with sales team from Romania to optimize best practices
- Collaborate with PM Team to optimize best practices
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; develop solutions; prepare reports; make recommendations to management and grow the existing business
- Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, monthly and annual territory analyses and maintaining expense accounts
- Perform updating and maintenance of customer database including contact names, e-mail and contact numbers for future sales
