Position Summary:
To sell and offer information regarding the company’s products and services(IT services).
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide clients with support by phone and by e-mail;
* Handle complex customer queries and complaints;
* Retain the clients, solve the posibble conflicts.
Job Requirements:
* University Degree;
* Excellent communication skills (written, spoken, listening) in English;
* Experience in customer service is a benefit;
* High level of attention and accuracy.
