Sales Manager – Trucking Dispatch (Remote)

We are a dispatch service company looking for a Sales Manager to help us establish relationships with carriers in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, proactive, and ready to engage in high-volume cold calling.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to carriers and establish relationships.
- Generate leads and identify trucking companies that could benefit from our dispatch services.
- Present our dispatch solutions and negotiate agreements with carriers.
- Work closely with our dispatch team to onboard new carriers.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and follow-ups.

Requirements:
- Fluent English (spoken and written).
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle objections.
- Sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls daily.
