About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and highly driven Sales Manager to join our logistics business and work directly with car hauling and trucking clients across the U.S.
This is a sales role for someone who knows how to build trust, follow up fast, and convert leads into loyal clients.
If you’re familiar with vehicle logistics, dispatching, brokering, or auto transport, that’s a big advantage. But most important is your ability to sell and communicate clearly, in native or near-native English.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and growing a portfolio of clients in the car hauling / FVL industry
Following up on warm leads and prospecting new accounts (dealerships, brokers, rental companies, etc.)
Understanding client needs and proposing tailored transport solutions
Using CRM to track leads, follow-ups, contracts, and conversion rates
Meeting clearly defined monthly KPIs and sales targets
Preparing and sending offers, contracts, and order confirmations
Maintaining long-term relationships with existing accounts
Collaborating closely with dispatch, accounting, and management teams
Requirements:
Fluent/native-level English, with a neutral or American accent
Sales experience (preferably B2B, ideally in logistics or trucking)
Familiarity with car hauling / trucking industry is a strong plus
Experience working with CRM software and sales tracking tools
Strong communication, follow-up, and negotiation skills
Availability to work in the 4 PM – 12 AM (Moldova time) shift
Result-oriented mindset and self-management skills
Compensation:
Competitive base salary (negotiated based on experience)
Commission for each closed deal (transparent and performance-based)
Bonus structure based on KPIs
Opportunities to grow into senior sales or account executive roles
