Gibas Numeriek – headquarters in Amsterdam and Iasi – is N° 1 machinery sales and service company in East europe.
The principal activity of our company is sales and service of machinery to industrial customers in the metal and plastic production business.
The company is organised in 3 reportable segments :
• CNC Metal cutting machines
• Robotisation
• Plastic injection machines.
Due to our increasing demand and success in East europe we are recruiting following persons for our Sales division:
Sales director Ukraine
Based in the Romania, Moldavia or Ukraine, you will spend significant time with customers and driving the sales process in Ukraine. You will deliver the revenue objectives by developing and executing on sales strategies and processes within agreed target customers. This includes developing new business, manage existing relationships where appropriate and creating full team.
Within the role, your main accountabilities will be to:
• Identify, qualify, progress and close new opportunities
• Build/maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to overall Company Sales Strategy
• Assist in leading final contract negotiations with the customer
• Prepare regular and accurate forecasts of sales opportunities
• Provide leadership and industry knowledge to customers/prospects, and maintain an appropriate corporate presence in industry-related public conferences and tradeshows.
• Utilise marketing to turn Client suspects into qualified prospects that ‘demand’ solutions from Partners and support the collaborative sales process through to close.
• Track pipeline, develop and communicate forecasts based on CRM.
• Develop and implement joint business plans to deliver agreed commercial objectives.
• Provide structured feedback to product, marketing and technical teams concerning partner issues, needs and priorities relevant to their products and services
• Candidates will have a demonstrable and successful track record of achieving revenue objectives through personal effort..
• Manage sales and service team
Other attributes include the following knowledge and experience :
• Significant high level sales experience showing clear career progression.
• Proved managing skills to form full Ukraine team.
• A consistent track record of achieving sales objectives through demonstrated planning and forecasting skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and spend significant portions of time away from base
• Self starter mentality with a consultative and solutions oriented way of influencing the mindset of customers
• Builds sustained customer relationships based on trust and delivery of commitments
• Strong personality yet still a team player
• Educated to degree level
• Minimum 5 year relevant business experience
• Proven records of successful results in sales of high investments products, in high-tech products or in Metal working business
• Knowledge of English language
• Fluent Russian speaking and writing
• Able to create and manage a sales team.
