A young company possessing a huge potential to impose itself as an important international player in multiple It and Value Added offshore services, is looking for a talented and energized Sales Development Representative.

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will generate new business opportunities, perform leads generation activities, prospecting, cold calls and cold mailing, handle and conduct effective Sales presentations, sales follow-ups, and be the liaison in the company for closing sales. SDR will also reply to potential prospects, from the leads generated by the company.

By following proven processes to prospect into business accounts, you’ll learn how to identify and research lists of companies to target, and how to develop email and telephone campaigns to generate new business opportunities.

The Sales Development Representative will conduct high-level conversations with executives about their business, their operations and process, their marketing and IT issues.

This position has potential for a fast advancement within company, opportunity to take responsibility to build the sales organization. Very attractive compensation package with an uncapped commission structure.

Sales Development Representative Duties:

Leads generation, prospecting, cold calls and cold mailing
Prepare offers, apply to Requests For Proposal, conduct effective Sales presentations, sales follow-ups, and be the liaison in the company for closing sales. Actively promotes the company and its products and services
Respond effectively to interesting prospects from various platforms
Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential leads, and leads on calendar
Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily reports, weekly work plans, etc.
Investigate any challenges, help develop solutions, prepare statuses
Making any recommendations of improvement regarding assistance for prospect conversions to management.
Actively be able to lead and inspire a sales team
Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects
Leverage CRM tools to prospect into specific geographic territories and sectors
Sales Development Representative Skills:

The successful candidate will be a strongly self-motivated and driven individual who is goal-oriented, methodical and tenacious, and can effectively interact with a team.
Determined to go up and above his/her job
Ability to work independently
Must have experience in Sales of IT services to international B2B customers and a high, proven, track record
Ability to analyze and extract complete list of requirements from a request or a conversation and follow up with a consistent and complete proposal, prepared in a professional, well focused, sharp form
Clear and Effective Communication competencies. The ability to write succinct, crisp emails and a great phone manner on cold reach out emails
A well-read in sales hacking, predictive revenue and other cutting edge sales methodologies would be a strong advantage
Intermediate level of technical skills in software (i.e. CRM Tools, Team Collaboration tools, Microsoft Office)
Be detail oriented, and must be able to keep track of all activities related to leads nurturing process and sales pipeline
Must understand Social Media platforms and their functionalities
High Proficiency in English
