The Sales Consultant, working on a contractual basis, will increase market penetration, CPP demand creation and market knowledge in North or South part of Moldova.
Key responsibilities include:
•Promote and sell CPP products and services within assigned geographic area
•Identify business opportunities in the are of responsibility that will contribute to the CPP short and long term goals
•Provide ongoing support to high value clients ensuring they receive high quality customer service
•Planning, building and realization of sales plans
•Responsibility for direct sales/promotion process, aiming at meeting /or executing sales targets,
•Identify any field issues and give proper solution to the end user.
•Possess very detailed product knowledge as well as through knowledge of client’s business
•Support for distributors sales staff in technical knowledge
Key Requirements:
•Hight Agronomical education
•Better to have practical experiences as agronomist, better to have 1-2 years of sales experience in agricultural indastry
•Knowledge of local agriculture industry
•Need to have base computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
•Permanent focus on customers, proper negotiations and communications skills, proper interpersonal & presentations skills, hard worker and honest people
