Sales center manager / administrator

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, an international company, provider of logistics services to international MLM-companies, is seeking candidates for the following open position:

Sales Center Manager / Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the work of a Sales Center, warehouse management
* Maintaining contacts with clients
* Forming local staff team
* Contacting and cooperating with the head office
* Forming active management environment
* Staff motivation analysis and further motivation development

Requirements:

* Preferably university degree (technical, economical, management)
* At least 3 years of experience of working in an international company
* Ability to work in cooperation, carry on negotiations
* Good skills and methods of staff management (instruction, training, motivation)
* Good leadership skills, professional team building skills, aspiration to career and professional development
* High efficiency, initiative, flexibility
* Advanced user of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet
* Fluency in English and Russian required
