Sales Assistant/Sales Clerk
The company:
Well-known International Company specialized in wellness products.
Responsibilities:
•First line person for front counter interacts with various levels throughout the organization, including Distributors, Corporate staff and outside vendors & service providers
•Conduct sales to the distributors involving retail financial transactions (cash, checks and/or credit cards)
•Daily preliminary close out of cash collections
•Keep record of orders and invoices
•Assist in maintaining and reconciling inventory, cash and sales receipts, financial statements and other routine reports as required.
•Assist with developing promotional materials
•Participate in corporate training events
•Maintain Distributor fax & email broadcasting database
•Co-ordinate Distributor mail/communication
•Prepare event registration lists
Qualifications & Experience:
•College or University education, preferably at economics or marketing field
•Previous experience in a sales and marketing type environment desirable
•Fluency in Russian, Romanian and English essential (both written and verbal)
•Confident & personable with good interpersonal skills
•Communicative, energetic and enthusiastic, with a ‘can do’ approach to tasks
•Able to work as part of an international team but also independently
•Able to set own priorities & take initiative
•Ability to multi-task but still attend to detail and focus on important issues
•Ability to stay focused when working under pressure in order to meet tight deadlines
•Very customer service oriented
•Analytical & financial skills
•Strong administrative, organizational & planning skills
•Editorial communication competence, i.e. ability to text and layout company literature & promotion material
•Good PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
