Sales agent

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

Basic knowledge of the production in light industry would be an advantage
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills - English
Ability to learn fast
Ability to work in a team thus the work is done remotely
Accountability and work under strict deadlines
Romanian and English speaking abilities
Other languages would be an advantage
Responsibilities:

International business development
Communicate with clients via phone, email
Present Agency services and offering comprehensive service description
Maintain client communication via sales process, mediate different misunderstandings
Advice on legal aspects when applicable
Coordinate contracting related communication within the team
Achieve performance indicators
Client data base maintenance and development
Client profiles updates
