Job Description
The Sales Manager at Moorwand plays a vital role in driving business growth and ensuring that sales processes and strategies deliver exceptional results.
This multifaceted position involves overseeing the pre-verification of new leads, guiding clients through internal onboarding processes, developing and executing effective sales strategies, and ensuring the successful delivery of our financial technology products to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer service inquiries by providing assistance via chat, email, and phone
Expand the company’s client portfolio while maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Essential Requirements
English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken – mandatory
Proficiency in using Microsoft tools
Experience working in an office environment
Strong time management and multitasking skills
Understanding of the banking and financial technology sectors is an advantage
Experience in sales would be advantageous but is not essential
