Sage People Support Analyst
Location: On-site
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: HRIS Manager
Role Purpose
Provide system support and ongoing development for the Sage People HR system: administration, issue analysis, configuration, interaction with business users and external vendors. Participate in HR digitalization projects.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1st and 2nd line support for Sage People: analyze and resolve issues, advise end users
Maintain up-to-date documentation for system processes, configurations, and procedures
Perform system configuration tasks (permission sets, workflows, custom fields, etc.)
Configure and maintain user profiles, role permissions, and approval workflows
Build and support reports and dashboards using Sage Reporting and Analytics
Participate in continuous improvement projects including testing, data migration, and system rollouts
Liaise with internal stakeholders (HR, Payroll, Finance, IT) and external vendors (Sage, implementation partners)
Support system integrations (e.g., ATS, payroll, LMS, BI tools)
Monitor Sage updates and participate in regular system releases
Requirements
Mandatory:
1+ years of experience with Sage People or other HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM)
Understanding of core HR processes (org structure, leave, absence, recruiting, compensation, etc.)
Strong Excel skills and basic knowledge of reporting principles
Ability to analyze business requirements and propose effective system solutions
English — Intermediate level or higher (for reading documentation and communication with support)
Preferred:
Experience with Sage People configuration (permission sets, workflows, profiles)
Familiarity with the Salesforce platform (on which Sage People is built)
Experience in HRIS implementation or enhancement projects
Experience using Jira, Confluence, or Service Desk tools
Personal Attributes
Strong attention to detail
Clear and effective communication skills
Flexibility and a proactive mindset
Ability to manage multiple tasks and shifting priorities
