We are seeking a Safety Support Specialist (ELD) to manage and monitor driver logbooks, ensure adherence to Hours of Service rules, and offer assistance with safety and compliance concerns.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficient in conversational English (B2)
Knowledge of Russian and Romanian is an advantage.
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Experienced with Google Workspace (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets)
Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with drivers and team members
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Reliable team player, adaptable to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Previous experience with e-logbooks systems is a strong advantage. However, it is not mandatory we provide training for candidates without experience.
Work Shifts:
Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Night Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM
