That's why we're looking for a Safety Manager who can help us keep our drivers safe and ensure compliance with all health and safety laws.

Your tasks and responsibilities:


Develop a comprehensive safety manual to be distributed to drivers;
Implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal rules and regulations including FMCSA and Department of Transportation (DOT)
Assist and support in discharging the company drug and alcohol program;
Problem-solve issues with drivers and customers.
Knowledge of Driver's HOS hours of service;

Secondary requirements:

Previous proven minimum 3 years work experience in the same position
Advanced English level (minimum B2), both verbal and written;
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management;
Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks;
Detail oriented, self-motivated, and the ability to work independently are essential competencies.
