Safety Coordinator – Claims & Risk Management

This is a universal support role focused on claims, safety, and compliance.
You’ll handle freight claims, assist drivers with DOT and FMSCA-related issues, coordinate insurance matters with brokers, and support general back-office operations, including tasks related to local trucks.
What You’ll Do:

Process and manage freight claims
Track insurance cases and ensure deadlines are met
Communicate with brokers, drivers, and internal teams
Support compliance: DOT, FMSCA, permits, inspections
Keep clear and organized documentation

What You Need:

Fluent English (spoken & written)
Experience in trucking/logistics is a PLUS
Strong organization and multitasking skills
