Roadside Assistance Manager

We’re currently looking for a Roadside Assistance Manager to join our team and become the go-to expert for handling on-road emergencies, breakdowns, and driver support. Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for drivers experiencing mechanical issues, breakdowns, or emergencies on the road.
- Quickly identify the issue and coordinate the most efficient and cost-effective solution.
- Contact and negotiate with roadside service providers, towing companies, and repair shops across the U.S.
- Monitor ongoing cases, ensuring timely service and continuous driver updates until the issue is resolved.
- Maintain a database of trusted service providers, repair shops, and towing contacts across key routes.
- Keep detailed records of each incident, including costs, service time, and vendor performance.
- Work closely with dispatchers and operations teams to minimize downtime and delivery delays.
- Assist drivers in securing temporary accommodations, rental equipment, or alternative transportation if needed.
- Ensure driver safety and compliance with company and DOT safety protocols during emergency situations.
- Provide guidance and support with minor troubleshooting where possible (e.g., ELD errors, flat tires, coolant levels, etc.).

Requirements:
- Experience in roadside assistance coordination, fleet management, or a similar logistics support role.
- Strong understanding of trucking operations and common issues drivers face on the road.
- Ability to respond quickly and stay calm under pressure, especially during night shifts or emergencies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when dealing with vendors and drivers.
- Familiarity with U.S. geography, especially major freight corridors and repair networks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets).
- English proficiency (at least B1 level) for effective communication with U.S.-based vendors and drivers.
- Availability for flexible hours or on-call shifts as required.
- Problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a supportive attitude toward drivers.
