Overview as a Compliance Agent/KYC you will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to regulatory and compliance standards in the financial industry. You will be responsible for performing due diligence on our clients, verifying their identities, and assessing potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- KYC Verification: Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) checks on clients in accordance with regulatory guidelines and company policies.
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by collecting and verifying client information, documents, and financial data.
- Risk Assessment: Evaluate the potential risks associated with clients and transactions, and report any suspicious activities to the compliance team.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on relevant local and international regulations to ensure our company remains compliant.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of KYC processes and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
- Communication: Collaborate with the compliance team, client services, and other relevant departments to resolve compliance-related issues.
- Training: Participate in ongoing training and development to stay current with best practices in KYC and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) procedures.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., finance, business, law).
- Previous experience in compliance, KYC, or a related role is a plus.
- Strong understanding of local and international regulations related to KYC
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Fluency in English
