Sales Representative
Reporting to the General Manager , you ensure the development and the promotion of the LG brand and LG products (maize and sunflower seed), to farmers and distributors, in accordance with the sales and marketing plan.
Your main tasks are:
- To realize and implement the sales and action plan for the LG portfolio and achieve the sales objectives by product .
- To make sales calls to farmers, often in collaboration with the distributor network in Moldova.
- To provide agronomic advice about the products and technical assistance to farmers and distributors
- To participate in setting up, monitoring and harvesting trial and demonstration plots
- To organize and participate in farmer field trial and information days and winter meetings about LG products and agronomy subjects
- To implement a market and customer monitoring.
Profile:
A University graduate with a 3 to 5 year degree in agriculture or agronomy with a first practical experience in a sales department.
Team player. Abilities in negotiation, communication and work organization? Curiosity, a willingness to learn and observation skills are necessary to succeed in the position.
A good level of English written and spoken is required .
