We are running 20 trucks. Company drivers. Runs mostly dry vans and reefer trailers.
Expanding our Dispatch team and will like to invite you to be a part of it..
If you have next Qualifications :

- experience
- Oral and written communication skills
- Rate negotiation skills
- Basic computer proficiency excel, load boards, email
- Ability to work full-time
- Being on time, prompt, and prepared on a daily basis

General Duties:

- Booking freight and developing relationships with brokers and customers
- Staying up to date on freight trends
- Knowing backhaul/ head-haul markets and the relevant pricing
- Soliciting new shippers to gain direct freight
- Checking broker creditworthiness to ensure a prompt payment history
- Completing new customer set-up packets
- Pre-planning your assigned drivers and tacking their daily moves
- Inputting rate confirmations into dispatch software
