Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Process Management:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Develop and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, company website).
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews (phone, online, and in-person) and assess candidate suitability.
Talent Sourcing:
- Build and maintain a talent pool through networking, databases, referrals, and headhunting.
- Use creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.
Onboarding Support
- Assist with onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Provide relevant documentation and support during the hiring process.
Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate details.
- Generate recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the efficiency of hiring practices.
Employer Branding:
- Promote the company as an employer of choice through social media, career fairs, and partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR roles.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
