Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.com), specializing in international development finance consulting projects, offers a challenging job opportunity for a Recruitment Officer.
Duty station: Chisinau, Moldova
Job responsibilities will include:
* Recruit highly qualified and motivated staff and project based consultants through creating and posting vacancy notices
* Maintain active networking and database search
* Evaluate candidates and monitor recruitment procedures (screening, interviews, reference checks, testing, and hire)
* Create shortlist of candidates for management’s approval
* Monitor the implementation of BFC recruitment policies
* Work on streamlining recruitment processes
* Prepare and analyze recruitment statistics
Requirements:
* Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related field
* At least two years work experience in a similar capacity
* Experience in international finance, consulting, or banking preferable
* Knowledge of HR and recruitment procedures
* Excellent command of English and Russian
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* High stress tolerance and ability to cope well with deadlines
