Recruiter

You will:
- Act as a point of contact between the candidates and Mambu hiring managers
- Work with the hiring team for creating and executing search strategies and creative recruitment solutions
- Schedule phone screens, conduct HR interviews and reference checks
- Advertise vacancies on all relevant job-boards and social media platforms
- Manage candidates’ expectations and ensure timely and constructive feedback
- Be responsible for constant strategic improvement of our recruitment processes
- Constantly update our recruitment database and create regular recruitment reports
- Represent the company at various recruitment fairs and events
- Work within an international recruitment team

You need to have:
- At least 4 years of recruitment experience
- 2 plus years of related IT recruiting experience
- Deep understanding of the IT environment and terminology
- Solid network within the IT industry in Moldova
- Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
- The capacity to juggle many different types of tasks with graceful prioritization
- Pro-active, detail oriented, creative and team-player attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Nice to have:
- University or Master Degree in Psychology, HR or other related area
- Practical experience in a recruitment agency

This position is full-time for our office in Iasi, Romania or remote in Moldova
