Recruiter / HR Partner

We are looking for a Recruiter who goes beyond closing vacancies and is genuinely interested in working with people and teams. This role combines hands-on recruitment with elements of HR and People Partnership: close collaboration with hiring managers, candidate care, onboarding support, and gradual growth towards a People Partner / Talent Partner role.

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (outsourcing, BPO, contact centers, IT)
Solid understanding of the full recruitment cycle: from intake requirements to offer acceptance
Confident use of modern sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, referrals, direct search)
Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and set clear priorities
Strong communication skills and experience working closely with hiring managers (requirements clarification, expectation alignment, regular updates)
Good understanding of the labor market and basic salary benchmarking principles
English level B2+ or higher
Experience in outsourcing companies will be a strong advantage.

Role Responsibilities:

Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies based on role complexity and market conditions
Conduct structured interviews and provide clear, high-quality feedback to hiring managers
Build and maintain a talent pool and candidate database
Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, funnel conversion)
Provide market and salary insights to hiring managers
Support onboarding and adaptation of new hires
Contribute to HR and employer branding initiatives, recruitment process improvements, and internal communication with teams.
