Are you a skilled recruiter ready to make an impact in a dynamic, international environment? We’re looking for an Experienced Recruiter to join our global talent acquisition team and drive end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions.

Your responsibilities will include:
Manage the recruitment process from job briefing through to offer negotiation and onboarding;
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, craft job descriptions, and design tailored search strategies;
Source, screen, and interview candidates across functions such as HR, Payroll, IT, Quality, Finance, and Commercial;
Ensure a smooth and engaging candidate experience, maintaining clear and timely communication throughout the hiring journey;
Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, time to hire, quality of hire) and provide regular progress updates;
Represent the company brand, values, and culture to both active and passive candidates.
To successfully meet the requirements of this role, you will need:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency);
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques;
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and ATS platforms;
Excellent communication skills in English (B2–C1); French is a plus;
Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders efficiently;
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
