Recruiter (English B2), Chisinau

Job Responsibilities

Full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates.
Building and maintaining a talent pool for future company needs.
Monitoring and analyzing labor market trends and salary levels.
Participation in onboarding and adaptation processes for new employees.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment.
Understanding of key HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee development.
Strong knowledge of sourcing and selection tools, including modern search strategies.
Proven experience successfully closing vacancies.
Proactive mindset, strong sense of responsibility, effective communication skills.
English level B2+.
Experience working with outsourcing or BPO companies will be an advantage.
