Receptionist

RETRO HOSTEL is looking for a new person in it’s team! A hostel, also known as youth hotel, is an accommodation unit for low-budget tourists, generally youth, with dormitories and shared bathrooms. And we need a receptionist.
Main responsibilities:
• Receives inbound calls;
• Dealing with check - in and check - out process and offer the assistance to the guests;
• Makes notes about the recieved requests and follow up;
• Maintaining public area cleaner;
• Handles all guest service issues in an immediate and professional manner.
Personal requirements:
• Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian knowledge, other language is an advantage;
• Strong interpersonal skills;
• Computer knowledge is a must;
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
