Responsibilities:
Receive telephone calls, note down incoming information, classify it and pass to the addressee.
Ensure documentation arranging and keeping.
Organize telephone conversations.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
University degree
Working experience at a foreign capital company would be an advantage
Fluent in English, Romanian and Russian.
Good PC skills (Word, Excel).
Communication skills.
Accuracy and punctuality.
