The real estate manager shall be responsible for the administration of one of the properties from our Company’s portfolio
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Comfortable building business relationships with tenants;
- Able to solve tenant’s problems;
- Able to manage cash inflows from rental property;
- Able to manage a monthly budget for various payments;
- Able to produce income and expense reports;
- Able to represent our Company in front of third parties (constructions companies, state institutions, etc.);
- Able to evaluate technical issues regarding the leased facility;
- Able to develop a building refurbishment business plan;
- Able to find cost reduction solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- University degree;
- Property management experience;
- Driver’s license;
- Language skills: written and spoken English – average level; written and spoken Russian – advanced level;
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, Outlook);
- Reliability;
- A strong sense of responsibility and good organizational skills.
