Quality System Consultant

Responsibilities
Candidate will be required to:
1. Maintain a Quality System in compliance with ISO 9001 and 27001 standards and Moldovan law and regulations, including activities:
1.1. Contribute to implementing polices and strategy;
1.2. Review, on periodic basis, policies and procedures;
1.3. Participate at the elaboration of new processes;
1.4. Develop/update and deliver trainings on iQMS related areas;
2. Liaise with Units, Managers & Team Leaders to continuously improve the running iQMS, including:
2.1. Monitor quality performance (in relevant areas) according to agreed standards and take necessary action to communicate/advise/assist according to performance levels;
2.2. Develop and maintain systems to measure quality performance;
2.3. Consult/assist employees in developing corrective/preventive actions and reports;
2.4. Maintain companywide status of corrective and preventive actions;
3. Review updates on international standards to identify gaps of the iQMS and informs site management about changes that compromise compliance or significantly change the risk level, and provide adequate solutions including:
3.1 Assess the impact and assure stability of iQMS during changes;
3.2 Perform reviews in projects and business functions to identify opportunities for quality improvement;
3.3 Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of processes used by Endava in line with its business needs;
4. Consultancy
4.1 Offer consultancy for clients (including on customer site) in areas related to ISO 9001/ISO 27001 standards;

Qualifications & Skills
- University Degree, general IT background;
- Strong understanding of ISO 9001 standard requirements and other related international standards (Certificates are to be presented);
- Understanding of software development methodologies, Project Management and Quality Management in IT;
- Strong Planning and organizing skills;
- Strong problem analysis skills;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in Romanian and English;
- Good reporting methods, ability to give presentations, ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, good communication skills;
- Able to travel internationally.

Previous Experience Required
- 1+ years of relevant experience (Experience with implementation, maintenance and improvement activities according to ISO 9001 standard requirements)
- 4+ years experience in IT industry management
- Experience with ISO 27001 is a plus;
