Quality manager

HR-Consulting company (www.search4staff.com) on behalf of its client, a foreign manufacturing company, operating in Moldova for more than 10 years, is seeking candidates for the following open position:

QUALITY MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

* Responsible for quality assurance practices and procedures
* Ensures the quality control of products, both during the production process and at the final control, draws up inconformity reports, if necessary
* Ensures the quality of products meets established specifications, applicable regulations and European standards
* Follows up national normative and legislative modifications with regard to the product quality
* Participates in company’s activity on maintaining of ISO 9001:2008 Standards
* Revises effective internal politics, proposes plans on existing quality standards improvement
* Collaborates with production department for improvement of existing technological processes’
* Ensures important, relevant information is communicated regularly and consistently

Requirements:

* University degree, preferably – in Metrology and Quality Management
* Relevant work experience – 3 years+
* Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 standard; EN 60335:1 – advantage
* Romanian, Russian, English – advanced level
* Proficient PC user (MS Office), driving license
