1. Previous experience with Quality Management in the Construction + English Speaking&Writing.
2. Establish Quality Control System on the site
3. Complete Quality Assurance Plan [QAP]
4. Prepare the Method Statements for all type of works included in the Scope of works under this Contract. Including testing methods as well – part of QAP
5. Prepare Inspection forms for approval of the executed works - part of QAP
6. Preparing the Inspection Forms for Testing – part of QAP
7. Request for Inspection of the works and to participate on the Inspections by the Engineer
8. Management of documentation and manuals throughout the project life ultimately leading to archive documentation close out (handover)
9. Preparing Handover documents
10. Collecting As-Built drawings and documentation
11. To prepare QA status report – part of the Monthly Reports of the Contractor
12. Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
