We are a facility management company based in Oslo, Norway.
Our customers are commercial buildings and apartment building owners. We deliver services to the buildings and we are managing the buildings for the owners.
We are looking for a Property Manager / Technical Manager for our buildings that can work remotely.
You will work remotely as part of a team that is responsible for management, operation and maintenance of our customer’s buildings.
You need to have experience from management, operation and maintenance of commercial buildings.
Examples of your tasks:
• Support our on-the-property team members
• Crating maintenance plans (outside, building, technical systems)
• Budgets
• Responsible of the property’s fire safety
• Responsible of all the technical systems
• Follow up on the day to day work on the property
Project manager
• Changing the ventilation system, changing the elevator (responsible for all the projects from getting price for the job to collecting all the documentation/registration of the equipment in all the systems after the project is finished)
• Responsible for all the service contracts
• Responsible for all the subcontractor contracts
Costumer service
• Solve all issues on the property
• Solve all the issues that the tenants and the in-house team are reporting
• Discuss issues on the property with the rest of the team
We expect you to know about technical systems in buildings:
• Ventilation
• Heating
• Fire alarm and detection systems
• Emergency and escape lighting
• Elevators
• Access control system
• General fire safety
• HSE on the property, for all the tenants and the contractors that works on the property
We have a small online team that communicates in English and works using jitsi for meetings and screensharing and TeamViewer for collaborative work. When working online you will be required to use these systems at all times.
We work in CEST time zone (GMT+2 in summer, GMT+1 in winter) and we will expect you to work in the same time with us. We do not work weekends unless emergency.
