PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description:
Executes project management activities and associated deliverables according to approved Project Charter and in compliance with internal project management standards and methodologies, paying attention to schedule, budget, timeframe and quality constraints.
Represents the company in front of business partners and develops business relationships.
Active involvement during the whole projects lifecycle: tenders related activities, technical and financial offer, executing of the project plans, status reports, acceptance tests, budget and risk management.
Participates in the procurement processes (contracts negotiations, subcontractors management).
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope.
Determines appropriate revenue recognition and ensures timely and accurate invoicing.
Identifies business development and sales opportunities in the account.

Requirements:
Experience in IT project management, business analysis, modeling and implementation.
Good experience with the latest project management tools and methodologies.
Strong managerial and leadership skills.
Professional approach, excellent communications skills.
Strong problem solving skills.
General understanding in the areas of application programming, database and system integration design.
Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet and client/server architectures.
Experience within ISO 9001 certified companies is a plus.
Active interests in project management topics and certifications (e.g. PMP) is a plus.
Good knowledge of Romanian, Russian, English languages is a must.
