Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a minimum of 4 years of experience in managing projects within outsourcing companies. In this role, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions while ensuring projects meet their strategic and operational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams and outsourcing partners to coordinate resources, timelines, and project requirements.
- Manage project risks, budgets, and stakeholder communications to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Lead regular project status meetings, prepare progress reports, and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and outsourcing partners, addressing any issues and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices and optimizing project management processes.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, preferably within outsourcing companies.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects and delivering results in dynamic environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and engage with external partners.
- Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or Trello).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English is required.
