Project Administrator

Business & Finance Consulting (BFC) (www.bfconsulting.org), specialising in microfinance consulting, offers a challenging job opportunity for a Project Administrator.

Duty station: Chisinau

Job responsibilities will include:
— Organise and coordinate project events;
— Make international travel arrangements for BFC projects staff (ticket booking and purchasing, visa, budgeting expenses, hotel reservation, etc.);
— Provide logistics support for project start-ups;
— Maintain communication and business correspondence with BFC partners, clients, and beneficiaries;
— Monitor administrative aspects of projects implementation;
— Elaborate BFC/project promotional materials (brochures, leaflets, flyers, etc.);
— Prepare financial proposals for project tenders;
— Assist experts in preparing technical proposals for project tenders;
— Supervise and provide backstopping for projects accounting.
— Perform written translations;
— Assist BFC consultants in preparing Power Point Presentations;
— Other tasks, as assigned.

Requirements:
— University degree, preferably in economics, business or related fields;
— At least one year of relevant work experience;
— Fluency in English, Romanian and Russian;
— Excellent writing and business communication skills in English;
— Experience in writing professional, business letters;
— Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
— Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well independently and as part of a team;
— Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer skills;
— General understanding of accounting principles;
— Ability to meet deadlines and perform well under time pressure;
— Cultural sensitivity;
— High sense of responsibility.
