Program manager

Job responsibilities:
• Identify, contact and establish long-lasting relationships with new clients
• Inform and update new and existing clients about company’s offers and services
• Promote company’s image and services
• Organize and participate in various exchange programs events with the implication of company’s partners from abroad
• Conduct recruiting presentations in order to attract and inform new clients
• Offer guidance to company’s clients in regard to cultural exchange and work programs
• Answer to all student’s questions and queries regarding each stage of the exchange program

Requirements:
• University degree
• Ability to sell and negotiate, to organize and prioritize tasks
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and build relationships
• Initiative, ability to adapt fast in new environments and work under stressful situations
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), Adobe and ability to work with databases
• Fluency in Romanian, Russian and English languages
